Who are we? We are the digital agency Advisio marketing sro, Company ID: 043 05 116, with its registered office at Josefa Šavla 1271/12, Mariánské Hory, 709 00 Ostrava, registered in the Commercial Register kept by the Regional Court in Ostrava under file number C 63114 („we“). We provide digital marketing services for our clients.
Personal data processing principles. We always handle your data securely and responsibly. We have therefore prepared these personal data processing principles (“Principles”) for you, which we ask you to read carefully. These Principles are in accordance with Regulation (EU) No. 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Act No. 110/2019 Coll., on the processing of personal data. You will find information in them on what personal data we process, why and how we work with it, and how long we will keep it. This applies to our clients, customers and suppliers, as well as to all other users of the website www.advisio.cz (“ Website ”).

Do we really need your personal data? We always process your personal data to the smallest extent possible. However, sometimes it is unavoidable, for example, if you want to order our services and goods, we need your data in order to be able to deliver the services to you. However, we can assure you that we will not process your personal data using automated individual processing that would have legal effects on you or significantly affect you in a similar way.
How do we process your personal data?
We process your personal data differently depending on our relationship. It depends on whether you have entered into a contract with us as our customer or supplier, or whether you are just browsing our website without any relationship between us.
Our services may also be used by your employees or other individuals whom you authorize to use our services, and therefore, as customers, you confirm that you are authorized to process and transfer to us the personal data of these persons for the purposes of using the services and other purposes described in this Policy.
A: If you have entered into a contract with us, we process the following personal data of yours:
- Identification data. This is used to identify you, for example when concluding a contract between us. This includes, for example, your name, surname, address, and company registration number.
- Contact information. We use this to contact you if necessary. This includes your phone number and email address.
- Billing and banking information. We process this information in connection with identifying and making payments. This includes information appearing on invoices, bank details and information about payments received or sent.
- Information contained in the contract. This includes details of the services we provide to you, or which, if you are our supplier, you provide to us, and other details regarding our cooperation.
- Information from our communication. In this case, this mainly concerns information in emails, records of telephone calls or the content of our communication.

To whom will we share your personal data?
We may also transfer your data to other entities, mainly to ensure our effective functioning.
Our service providers thus become processors of your personal data. However, they are only authorized to process your personal data to the extent we agree with them.
Specifically, we transfer your personal data to the following entities:
- Google Inc., which operates Google Analytics, Google Ads and Google Drive. You can find information about how Google processes your personal data here .

- The company Superfaktura.cz, sro, which is the operator of the Superfaktura.cz software.
- The company RAYNET sro, which operates the Raynet CRM system.
- 37signals LLC, which operates the Basecamp project management system.
- The company ECOMAIL.CZ, sro, which is the operator of the Ecomail mailing tool.
- TOPTAX innovations as, which provides us with accounting and tax services.
- Other suppliers from the Advisio team who participate in its operation or work with clients. We will always provide an up-to-date list of suppliers upon request.
We may also transfer your personal data to public authorities if it is in our interest or if they request us to do so.
Where will we transfer your personal data?
Because we use some advanced tools to improve our services, some of your personal data may be transferred to third countries outside the European Union. However, we always transfer such data in compliance with all standards of due care for personal data and provided that the recipient of your personal data has provided sufficient guarantees for the protection of personal data that meet European standards.
What rights do you have in relation to the processing of personal data?
- You have the right to withdraw your consent to the processing of personal data.
- You have the right to object if we process your personal data based on our legitimate interest. This objection can be raised by sending it to our contact address or by e-mail info@advisio.cz. We will then evaluate it no later than one month after receipt.
- You have the right to obtain confirmation from us as to whether we are processing your personal data. If so, you have the right to access that personal data and to be informed of what personal data it is.
- You can request us to correct incorrect data or to supplement incomplete data.
- Under certain conditions, we are also obliged to erase your personal data or restrict its processing if you ask us to do so. Under certain conditions, you also have the right to transfer your personal data to another controller.
